JASSI's Hotline provides information and referral to appropriate agencies in areas such as those listed below. Average number of call is 137 a month.

  • Visa issues (free Immigration Hotline is provided every Monday, 10:00am~5:00pm, 212-442-1540)

Senior Program

JASSI Senior ProgramJASSI provides the following services to seniors 60 years old and over without fee.

  • Case Assistance (Social Security Benefits/ Public Benefit/ Health Insurance/ Housing Issues/ Visa Issues, etc.)
  • Caregiver Support Program
    • Case management (Information about available services, assistance in assessing entitlements and supportive services, individual counseling, and training)
    • Respite Services
    • Supplemental Services
  • Event (seminars, outings, luncheon etc.)
  • Friendly Visits (JASSI volunteers visit senior members who have difficulty going out)
  • Distributing theatre & concert tickets

 



 

Community Outreach

JASSI's Community Outreach provides the following services.

  • Divorce workshop
  • Health Insurance from NYS Workshop
  • Suicide Prevention Workshop
